Customer data has driven my career from the start. I began at Oracle selling its Customer Experience (CX) product suite and joined Amazon Web Services because of its customer obsession ethos. I ultimately transitioned to UX design to directly impact the customer experience. I believe in designing with users and not for them because the best products come from involving users at every stage, ensuring their voice guides every design iteration.
With a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction from the City, University of London and 4 years of experience in technical SaaS sales at Amazon Web Services, I bring a unique blend of customer-centricity, communication, and design expertise. My background in sales has sharpened my ability to deeply understand user needs and articulate complex solutions, which makes me a highly effective UX researcher and stakeholder communicator.
